    Server Connection Failure

I am unable to connect to my IR7055 using Fiery Command WorkStation 4. We have two computers and neither can connect. When trying to connect to the Fiery we get "Server Connection Failure". Anyone have any ideas about how to correct this? Thanks!

You need to do some basic network testing. Can you ping the address? Can you access the RUI for that address in a browser like I.E.? Hook a laptop directly to the device via a crossover cable and attempt your testing there. Setup the laptop with the same IP as the copier has, and hook it into the network instead of the copier and try your pinging that laptop to detect possible network troubles...

your problem could be in your first line. "I am unable to connect to my IR7055 using Fiery Command WorkStation 4" The imagepass A1 ships with CWS version 5. Try loading the newer version and then connecting.
