Hi. I would like to seek all experts on this issue. Currently my customer's machine suddenly show This 2 error code.

I had changed the decurler unit yet this 2 error code still appeared. Besides,i also checked on all decurler connectors and all connected. Any parts or locations that i need look in deep?

The machine no issue at all in this few year. It happened when customer switch on the machine when they start business today.

The day before all work fine and no power failure. Appreciate that you all able to assist on this matter.

Check your wall outlet voltage supply

E015 0001 =Error in the Decurler cam reaching home position sensor one.
After checking the connection of decurler, turn off and then on the main power
Clean sensor PS80 and if still having the issue replace sensor. (FK2-0149-000)

E009-0001 Error in detecting 24V connection of decurler .=
Indicates that the power supply identification connector is not inserted or faulty.
Check the sub power supply code and the decurler's power supply

Check the 24 and 13 Volt lines from the power supply to the DC Controller. ?
Check for 24 volt at J1164, pin 10 going to the De-Curler pcb from the DC Controller. ?
