canon 3200 giveing trouble

hello i am having a problem with my canon c3200. the problem is that the c1 will not communitate with the copier to tell it to print or do any thing.i need your help.thanks

Some questions! is the c1 up and running? have you reloaded sys soft for the c1? can you run a config page from c1?

no the c1 is not booting up.yes reloaded the sys soft for c1.and no i cannot print a cofig page
