[Misc] printing matter washing out

i have canon ir 3300 printer . it some time prints well and some times printing matter is erasing even you rub with finger or paper. can any one sujest the solution for this problems

sounds like the fuser or fixing film assembly has worn out. You need to have someone come in and look after it.
Probably the film unit needs to be replaced.

1.clean the cd unit .blow all toner particles ,put good toner.
2.set fix temp in option /body in service mode 7.
3 use dry paper
