    Vista Home Edition

    Hi, i am new here. i have problem to setting scan to folder using windows vista home edition. Anybody can help me?? Thanks

          Your post would get more attention if you posted this in the Ricoh section. Then experienced Ricoh techs will see it.
          Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

              You will need to load custom firmware in order to scan to folder with that model. The firmware is available at the ricoh tech website, but you have to be a registered ricoh tech to access it.
