IR C3220 - display goes blank

Have a c3220 that will work a couple of hours and the display will go blank. Tried restarting and display will not come back on. Reseated memory, bootrom, HD connections and it started working again. Next day same thing. Replaced memory, bootrom, HD, and it worked for a couple of hours and the customer called and said it has done it again. Going to take a control panel and replace it and see what happens. Any other suggestions?

main controller would be the next step. That and checking for pinched wires between your control panel and main controller. You replaced the usual suspects...unless the customer has a wall voltage problem.

Is LED 101 on the Main Controller lit up ??
if the LED is OFF, then replace the SRAM PCB (FG3-3669-000) which is mounted on the Sub Main Controller PCB.

if machine boots up with a blank LCD check-
Sub Main Controller

Check the connection between the Sub-Main Controller (J1303) and the Main Controller (J1209) to see if they are seated correctly.

A poor wall voltage will cause this symptom
Ensure that the voltage between the neutral and ground poles is 1/2 a volt or less. If the voltage is higher than 1/2 a volt, an electrician needs to look at and correct the outlet.

Hi Buddy!

Try to replace the LVPS (power supply). I already had been seen this problem and was solved by the LVPS replacement.
