Unless u are/or work for a Canon Authorized Dealer > they will not honor any product returns posted on tech.pubs.

Do u use CANON OEM Developing Assemblies ?
are u using OEM Developer , when and if u are doing Dev.changes ?

Mylar becomes damaged/ causes Spillage Issues/

Environment & Printer locations contribute greatly to these Developer issues

if u don't use the OEM Developer/ other third party starter is unstable

    old saying >
"u make your bed/now lay in it"

    It means
    >that the mistakes you made created the problem or put you in the situation that you are in and you need to figure out the correct way to fix or solve the problem you are facing your self since you made the choices that put you there to begin with .
