I had this happen once on a 7105. Go to Copier>Function>Clear>MN-CON. This will clear the Main Controller. All of your user settings, address book and counters will be reset. Can't explain what happens or why this works, but it did for me. Also helped on an Advance C5030 when it wouldn't show Full Color, just B & W, Single Color and Two Colors.

      don't do a MN-CON CLEAR

The setting in service mode level 2 in COPIER>OPTION>BODY>UI-COPY was set to "1" and still the copy screen was not displayed. This setting in service mode gives the option to display or not to display the tab on the ready screen.

First see if above setting is at "1"

if setting is at "1" and still no copy tab =do the following-
MMI clear in level 1 was performed and the copy screen tab should returned to the display.

WARNING: The MMI Clear will remove information pertaining to the Machine User Settings, such as, ID Modes, ID Group, Passwords, Mode Memory, IP Addresses and network settings. It does not delete address book.
Print out the User Data Lists, P-Print and any other prints that may contain User Settings before clearing MMI.
and check & re-input if any changes from print outs-

To perform an MMI clear go to service mode level 1 COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>MMI.

      power of/on printer
