The Canon RK-2 autorefrector/keratometer performs two important functions. First, it scans your eye and gives us, with a high degree of accuracy, an estimation of your glasses prescription. It then provides measurements of the curvature of your cornea that we can use to more accurately fit you with the most appropriate contact lens.

Thnx for the info Z !

I am pretty ignorant when it comes to medical devices.
All I know is that a friend of mine who was wearing glasses (-3) for a long time, went to the eye doctor, he put him into a laser machine, and now my friend is "eagle eye".
One day I will do that too.

                not much luck.
x2 possibly means the data received is out of range
the unit has been discontinued for about 10 years.
none sold here, so no manual
