[Error Code] iR Advance C2020i E0748-9000

[DIMM]

A new printer was started and worked as a copier. When the technician entered the IP-address and PostScript key and restart the printer came this error code.

We have changed the Hard Drive, Memories, MAINCONTROLLER PCB ASS'Y and TPM PCB ASSEMBLY without any result.

We will clean the surface on the connector, but would appreciate something more concrete advice for this error.

We fixed the problem ourselves because we tested the choice 2.Flash Format during the 4.Clear/Format in the USB menu. After rebooting, so did the printer start normaly and the error was gone.
