    Canon IR2016J Connect to PC

    I have a canon 2016J and i would like to connect the copier to my desktop so i can also print from it. I tried connecting the Printer to the PC using the printer cable but the machine didnt recognise it. I have a windows 7 and also windows xp machine, both didnt respond. I thought it would recognise and automatically download or install the drivers. Is there something i am doing wrong? Please help and how i can use the copier as a printer.

      Canon IR 2016J is not an option for printing with PC.No way.
