This finisher had multiple issues board and others with copies crashing through it. Customer never used it so I removed it. Now I get empty output tray and can't send anything to the inner output. Everything is diverted to the outer tray which doesnt have a catch. Can anyone hook me up with what I need to make this work? Any help is much appreciated.

If you had an external finisher, you have work ahead of you, as you need to replace the lower sensor flag, after removing the buffer pass unit. If you had an internal finisher you have to find both the upper and lower sensor flags and a bunch of plastic parts to cover the copier up as well as providing the inner tray, hopefully you have a cadaver copier you can scrounge from for the needed parts..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

1.- U removed the S1 finisher ?

2.- did u have the additional finisher B1 installed to it ??
