Are you a tech? There is a toner feed motor over-current detection error, there is a toner bottle motor connection detection error.Check the connector and the motor.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
I put the "" engine failure "" in another machine and works well. but I put the motor of the machine that works well on the machine and still funiconar broken, do not think that is the driving
The customer may have wedged the toner bottle into the machine trapping the fin on the bottle on the wrong side of the tray. This is what initiates the problem, then if reset numerous times , the DC controller can get fried from the over-current situation of trying to turn the bound up bottle. I have on occassions had to replace both the motor and the controller, as a bad motor can take out the controller board.
If you are really lucky, just re-seating the bottle correctly has taken care of the issue on a few occasions for me...

e025-001 refers to M9 FK2-0183. it looks like a small bulb, with transparent plastic around it.
It is easier, cleaner, and not much more costly to replace FM2-3029 sub-drive assembly.
-turn copier off
-open toner door
- turn copier on
it should start without error code, if your dc controller is still good
it will make copies till the dev calls for toner again.
remove dev
remove hopper
assembly comes out with 3 or 4 screws.
