ir5075 using finisher AD1 when doin sort and staple .paper came out skew.

pls advice me

This issue can occur if there is no drive to the Upper Delivery Rollers. Turn off the imageRUNNER and turn on Bits 1, 2, and 7 of SW104 on the Finisher Controller. Turn on the imageRUNNER and then press SW103 on the Finisher Controller. The Swing Guide should then open and the Upper Delivery Rollers should be turning. If the Upper Delivery Rollers are not turning, check the Swing Motor M106 and also check the drive components between the Swing Motor M106 and the Upper Delivery Rollers.

Latest firmware for Finisher is – AD1/AD2 Fin-AD_STACKER_v0701.exe
this was in Firmware v52.01a and later ver.'s I believe
Upgrade the Finisher with the proper version using the PCB Downloader Tool

u need the pcb PCB Downloader Tool (FY9-2034)
+ SST + printer firmware v52.01a or Later
for this operation- click on picture
