continously paper going into drum assy why it happen... any solutionfor that please help me

Have you tried anything yet?
You have a lack of serperation current under the paper and that is why it is sticking to the drum.
replace assembly, check connections, HVT issue. Start simple and move your way up the ladder.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned. -

To echo Charm5496, replace the transfer separation corona. When is the last time the 3 drum separation claws underneath the clean station/AP Kit were changed?"Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
