code indicates that M16, the Punch Waste Drive motor, did not rotate for a specified amount of time.
buildup is caused by a warp in the shape or a break in the waste duct.


E595-00ff is caused by the punch waste auger not rotating properly. Due to an excessive buildup of waste punch chads in the waste duct. Buildup of chads was caused by a warp in the waste tube. Replacement of the waste duct can resolve the E595-00ff error code.
Replace waste duct or the hole punch assembly

Waste Duct: FF5-8644-000

Cheers for the info tekat, changed the punch kit over and everything is working great now. The guys on this forum are something else.
