problem may be resolved by doing a MMI clear in service mode.
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>MMI
power of/on----------re-enter you user settings back in printer
*Clearing MMI will erase all User Defined values, excluding Fax.
Print out the following reports;
Print out a User's Data List for "Send", "Network", & "Printer" from Additional Functions.
Print out a "USER-PRT" from service mode COPIER>FUNCTION>MISC-P**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
