Incoming Fax store in HDD

Hi to all,
Got this enquiry from a customer, can Canon iR4570/iR3045 store a incoming fax in the HDD and retrieve it later when neccessary.As far as i know we can do the forwarding received document to network folder but Store in the HDD of the copier, can it be done? Would anybody kind enough to share?

Confidential Memory Box: Enables recipients to store faxes until they are ready to print them out locally at the copier. Use this when receiving confidential fax documents. Users may even preview the contents of documents stored in the Memory Box through the Remote User Interface.

Relay Memory Box: Automatically sends received faxes to other fax destinations without direct user involvement. This might be helpful when receiving a parts list that needs to be sent to multiple locations, or forwarding incoming faxes to an executive's home office fax machine automatically.
Batch Sending Memory Box: Allows users to store multiple documents scanned at different times throughout the day for transmission to specific fax numbers. The imageRUNNER will automatically transmit the documents during non-peak hours. Multiple documents may be sent to multiple locations, as the imageRUNNER will batch or sort the documents by location and send them automatically.


A 'memory box' is a special section of the machine's memory that you can think of as rather like a pigeonhole you might use for receiving mail. You can use the machine's memory boxes for receiving documents by FAX, storing scanned documents to be sent, or printing received documents.
Confidential Memory Boxes are for Faxes only. The memory box requires you to use sub-addresses and RX passwords. The memory boxes allow you to use functions with not only other Canon machines, but also any other machine that supports sub-addresses and RX passwords. The machine uses sub-addresses to distinguish between different memory boxes, and RX passwords to prevent mistakes when sending or receiving documents. When a sub-address or RX password is set, the sender and the receiver can communicate only when they use the same sub-addresses and RX password.

1. Press the ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS key.
2. Press MAILBOX SETTINGS.
3. Select CONFIDENTIAL FAX INBOX SETTINGS.
4. Select the desired box number from the list [00-49].
5. The machine will prompt you for the NAME and PASSWORD for the box.
6. Press the OK.
7. To use these boxes, you must setup Forwarding Rules on the copier (hit ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, SYSTEM SETTINGS, FORWARDING SETTINGS). These Rules must be configured to automatically forward incoming faxes with specific SUB-ADDRESS and RX PASSWORDS to specific Confidential Memory Boxes.
