    Canon IR 2016

    can any one come across this issue: download mode
    when i switch on the machine it display download message instead getting ready to use

    thanks for any idea

      Need to upgrade firmware.

          I have had exactly the same problem, reload system software and job done....

          IF ANYONE CAN......................COULD I HAVE THEIR NUMBER.!!!!!

              flashing the machine to the latest system software
