    canon ir5870ci fixing control

    How to slow down my copier canon ir5870ci fixing temperature.
    in high humidity the thick paper bubbled.

    I assume you are referring to a coated paper, very glossy, and looks like a cracker when it comes out of the copier with all the blisters,,, if it is indeed the paper I am thinking of, it is not supported in any of the Canon color copiers, and is meant to be used in offset press operations...

      Slow down is not a solution.Maybe cassette heater?
