I already replace potential sensor unit,laser scanner unit,DC controller PCB,potential sensor cable and connector.Help wanted!Also have E061-0001 time to time,most time first in the morning.

Error :
Getting E061 error code with Potential Control turned on and black copies with halo around text with Potential Control turned off.

The Primary Corona Assembly, the Potential Control Assembly, the Laser Unit and the DC Controller PCB were all replaced.

The Pre-Exposure Lamps come on. The Laser Shutter is completely open. Software was reflashed / updated. DC CON Clear and Main Controller Clear were both performed in service mode.

VL1M under DPOT in service mode is up to 427. VL1T is at 70.

With Potential Control turned Off in service mode, changing service mode settings for Primary Corona current and Developing Bias will correct the Copy Quality issue but the service mode settings are way out of spec.

Workaround :
The E061 Code and Black Copy Quality issue was resolved by replacing the Image Conversion PCB. Part number for the Image Conversion PCB is FM2-9868-000. Refer to Figure 900 and Figure 950 attached below for locating where the Image Conversion PCB is located inside the imageRUNNER.
