[Error Code] IR2530 E716-0000

Good Day to all,

Having problem with my new installation of IR2530 with optional Inner Finesher B1 and 2way unit B1. First 5days machine is working fine with no error but in the sixth day, this error pop-up. In 100 copies, approximately 2 to 3 errors comes. Based on the service manual, the problem is communication in the 2way unit. Is there any set-up in the settings to be changed when installing the Finisher or the 2way unit b4 using? But the machine is working fine in the first days...

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated...

Replace the 2-way unit driver PCB.

Sir zoraldinho,

the connector is properly connected. My two option now is to replaced the pcb driver of the 2way unit or the DC controller. Btw, the machine had already 90k copies for the past 5days before the error comes. Maybe the copier is been over worked and other components like pcb is been damaged? Thanks for your reply Sir.

If the number of copies is as you say, it appears they have a pony doing the work of a draft horse...

That size copier would typically see about 30,000 copies a month, doing the volume you are quoting puts it into the iR7095 range...
