    [Error Code] canon ir 6000

    Canon ir 6000 showing e 005, oil web is ok..checked the sensor , checked the connectors but problom still persists, i checked the fixing unit in other machine its working..fine..what could be the other issues..please help..thanks in advance.

        Also check and make sure no paper has found its way behind the transport assembly and gotten jammed into the big connector at the left side of frame. had it happen the other day and caused e001

          service mode
          highlight FX-WEB, enter 500000 and press "OK".

            Saji,
            You may also have to go to function>clear> error. Press ok and turn the machine off on the right
            hand side.
            This should clear the code. Teckat is correct also in as much the counter has nothing to compare
            the current count to. Like a PM counter, under the counter section in service mode you will find
            the counter for the web, it wants to compare it a number.
