    [Misc] Blank Screen IR8500

    Hi,

    Here is the problem i faced and haven't found the solution yet.

    1. Machine operate normally.
    2. When front door opened, e.g. removing stuck paper, screen still showing as what it should.
    3. When I close the front door/ or unit 1 with some force, the LCD screen will stuck and the keypad become non responsive.
    4. Machine restarted. Keypad and LCD works again.

    But sometimes, when machine restarted, the LCD goes blank and no response from the keypad. Only Green Power LED turn on.

    In short: When the power is turned on, the display screen on the control panel is blank

    Ive checked the grounding for the panel board, seems ok. Now im out of idea on what to check.

    Any help guys?

      seems to me you have a pinched wire, wire going to ground or bad connector in unit 1 or unit 2
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

              It works!

              And I really clueless on why it works. Huhu. [The memory contacts look clean before]

                  Good amigo.Pelo I understand it, only do some movement when this happens gross!
                  Well, ever since I got this defect, and was barely in touch panel cables, flex cable inclusivel in the tooth screen.
                  Try making a test with another panel!
                  I hope that helped.
