problem in IR 6570

hi all .........

i have i problem with my device 6570 >> my problem is :

When I open the device and I want to start copying using the upper door the picture shows a white (( no writing in the paper ))
then I turn off the device and re-run it again, then the image appears ..

what is my problem !!!!!!!

upper door? you mean ADF or BYPASS?

i talking about a copy paper using upper door

the paper when out in finisher it's out with no write

but

when i switch off the device and re-run it again >> and copy a paper with upper door ( feeder ) the paper when out from finisher have a write no problem

how about copy a paper with lower door (glass)? NO PROBLEM?

Copier>Option>Body>PO-CNT
it should be set at "1"

go int to service mode

1) Press the asterisk key (*) on the operation panel.
2) Press 2 and 8 simultaneously on the numeric keypad.
3) Press the asterisk key (*)on the operation panel.

then highlight each screen tab>>>>> Copier>Option>Body>PO-CNT


call for a tech if not familiar with this operation

yes it work very good

but the resolution of the picture it become badly when i change from 0 to 1

but i change it again to 0 - the resolution of picture is become a good and the device work very good

there are to many adjustments to go over here/ best is to call for a CANON experienced tech


Potential controller should be left on/
if u have poor CQ with it on , u may have a DRUM issue or Developer issue/
or issue with -Primary Corona Assembly,Potential Control Assembly,Laser---------

perform this below---
Copier>Function>DPC. Select DPC, and input 1. Then recycle the machine.

The machine's potential control mechanisms consist of those for copier image output and those for printer (PDL) image output, and permit independent adjustment of service mode potential control parameters.
