IRA 9060

I have couple of IRA 9060 but only one have problem with toner density.Every day need to install COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TD-AC4.After this function image is OK.Other machines doing this
automaticly.Machine have the latest firmware.Anyone have any idea?

have you tried autograd?
is the density too high or too low?

if the machine is not adding toner as it should then either a board or sensor is not responding correctly. Have you gone in to I/O mode and checked if the toner level sensors are asking for toner when the images are light? Does the unit ever error out?

I would do a DCON clear before adding toner again and see if the machine will adjust itself out.
