I am a tech, however I don't have much experience with canon machines my customer has a Canon IRC3220 which showed a Error Code E000602-0425. Based on what I have been reading this error is related to the need of a new hard drive. I can install the hd however I dont have access to the SST and Firmware for this system. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for these two items, and the info on a replacement HD for this system that can be used. The problem started we my customer went out of town and left the machine on for 3 months, after he got back he tried to print using his PS Drivers and whenever he did the document would start to send to the machine and the machine lcd would just go blank and become unresponsive. I tried the HD check and it still presented the same problem after completing, now it will start up and the screen just goes blank and become unresponsive right after starting.
