[Misc] Canon iR 32xx Finisher-S1 delivery problem when starting a print after a long sleep

    Hello

I have a problem with Finisher S1 on iR32xx series.

    The machine works well.
It goes to energy comsumption mode.
After 2 hours of sleeping a user starts a print job.
    The machine started to print.
The offset rollers of the finisher begin to move down, rotate clockwise, and then counterclockwise and moves backwards as usual.
    It is a normal operation.
But the 3 paper holders of the stack slider remain on the left position, dont moves to right, and dont makes any test.(The stack slider motor and the paper holder solenoid is sleeping any longer).
The staple motor works also (if I had choosen), but the papers are dissolved, and cant be stapled.
The result is a lots of paper on the floor.( and a user like this: )
I have a dozen machine with this problem.
The trouble doesnt depends on the FW version (35 or 42), and exist with the newest finisher version 14.02.
It doesnt depends the consumption mode low or high is .
With the previous copiers fitted with Finisher-S1 like iRxx70 or iR30xx I never had a problem like this.

I hope anyone face this problem, and can help me.

reset and clear the memory of the Finisher Controller PCB .

With the copier "ON' turn ON all 4 dip switches, cheat the finisher door switch, press and hold SW2 until the LED stops flashing. Then turn off copier, turn off dip switches and turn copier back on. Check to see if the finisher initializes and if the problem is resolved.

Finisher S1 is Not Offsetting or Pulling Paper Back into the Finisher; Pages are then Falling onto the Floor

The Finisher S1 is not offsetting or pulling pages back into finisher. The pages are then falling onto the floor.

Check the chart below for help in resolving this issue.

As the machine ages, the following parts should be inspected.

No error codes, no jam codes.

I can attach a Video of the malfunction.
In the Video the papers coming out from the finisher without any moving of the stack slider.
As you can see at the end of the first print job, the slider begins to move, and if you start a second print job, it will be delivered well.

The swap of the Finisher Controller was scoreless.

        Any idea?
