    [Misc] Black copy

    Hello,every body, I have a canon ir 8500, The copy is full black, no image printing, Only photocopy. The print is good.

    don't like to ask a silly question but is your copy lamp coming on?

        ikon 1 & teckat, The scanning lamp goes on. I have Replaced SCANNING LAMP,CCD, laser unit, lamp PCB, D.C controller PCB, lamp cable, M.S.B unit.

        The print out has no problem. Only for copy & mail box

          we already know prints are ok-
          have u actually watched the scanning of the glass copies with the cover up ????

          u need to check the connections for the CCD unit

          check-Mirror Case Flexible Cable
          check-Light Adjustment PCB

              You've try almost everything, are you sure the parts you've test are all good? Did you test it one by one?and regarding black copy there is a totally black copy, and black copy with an image. Try to check if your mirror is reflecting the light at the middle of the lens.

                All parts are good. Yes i testing one by one.Totally black copy no image.
