Found it in the service manual under "fuse PCB" instead of "DC fuse PCB" ugh. That looks like a pain in the rear to get to, but we have plenty of space and lighting.
I'm almost ready to give up and just trade it in for another refurb. This is one of those problems that shouldn't take ten hours to fix, but they definitively did not design this printer for easy servicing, ha.
Taking the rear cover(s) off, we now have access to the DC Fuse PCB and the DC Controller PCB. Hurrah!
My PCB's model number ends in -01, which Teckat's photo says isn't as good as -03, so I'll be replacing that for sure. Ordering that one now to see if that might be the problem. Would rather not replace the DC Controller PCB if I can avoid it ($200), but this part doesn't look too tricky to replace -- just a pain to get access to.
