Problem is bad installation.Software can't be a reason for jaming. What is jam code?
    Do you install all parts?

    1] Wire saddle 2 pcs.
[2] Reversal trailing end guide 1 pc.
    [3] No.2 delivery unit 1 pc.
    [4] Screw (RS-tight: M3x8) 2 pcs.
    [5] Screw (P-tight: M4x10) 2 pcs.
    [6] Double-sided feed guide unit 1 pc.

Take the following parts back as they are no longer used:

    [1] Inside right-middle cover 1 pc.
    [2] No.1 delivery fixer guide 1 pc.
    [3] Screw (P-tight: M4x10) 1 pc.
    [4] Screw (RS-tight: M3x8) 1 pc.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

      jam code please ??
Jam Log is included in the Error Log. To print out a JAM/ERR Log, perform the following steps:

Access Service mode> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Scroll until you see "# REPORT" hit OK
Scroll until you see "REPORT OUTPUT" hit OK
Scroll until you see "ERROR LOG LIST" hit OK

      see pdf----Inner Finisher-B1.pdf

Thanks for the answer Zoraldinho, i followed the steps from de installation procedure and i think that the hardware is OK, i also installed de power supply unit-U1.I return with the jam report, and also with the software setting that I made.
When i'm using the 2side option the paper exit first on tray B(printed one side) instead of upper one.
