Background intermittent 105

Hi
I am getting intermittent background on my iR105 . If i open and close any of the doors or casette the background goes for another 5000 A4 prints .
I have changed the DC controller ,MFC, IP board , Laser Unit ,Power Supply , DP unit(mag roller unit ),carona primary and transfer.

Please advise on what to do next .

how many copies on the drum?
i think you need to polish your drum with canon drum cleaner, or something similar.
also try running with potential sontrol off, see if there is a difference.

AP Kit ??
Check the wiring harness in the front of the AP kit for continuity. A poor connection through the harness may cause the Pre-Exposure lamps to turn on intermittently.
AP Kit Cable FG6-7204-000.

Developer bias ???

you are right.
it does sound more like precon lamps.

I have changed the whole drum unit .
teckat :I donno if the part number you gave is on the drum unit . I will replace the precon lamp with that of a working machine and check

The problem in optical system seems to me. And mirrors & CCD checked ????
