Having this problem with iRC3380i since last week.
First, the customer complaint that their iRC3380i copy/print out blank, so send technician over to check. The technician dismantle the processing unit ( All 4 drum units, ITB Belt) for service and resemble it back and the blank copy problem is solved. But this morning, the customer calls back and said that the problem is coming back.What could be the cause? is any of you guys came across this problem?Hope to get some hince.
