    iRC3380i Blank Copies intermittent

    Hi all,
    Having this problem with iRC3380i since last week.
    First, the customer complaint that their iRC3380i copy/print out blank, so send technician over to check. The technician dismantle the processing unit ( All 4 drum units, ITB Belt) for service and resemble it back and the blank copy problem is solved. But this morning, the customer calls back and said that the problem is coming back.What could be the cause? is any of you guys came across this problem?Hope to get some hince.

      HI once I had this problem I dismantle the ITB and resemble it back and the photocopier machine worked ok again.... I don t know exactly the cause.

          Copies or prints will be completely blank. This problem can be intermittent and may occur after the customer clears a jam.

          The front door actuator engages the interlock for the front door switches.
          If the switches are not actuated properly, the high voltage pcb will not activate. Check to make certain that the front door actuator is working properly and if the front door is warped.

          ++++Check and make sure the ITB cleaning blade has not flipped /This will prevent the ITB from turning/causing blank copies-
          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
