Canon IR105 slow on pdf first page out.

Hi guys, one of my canons has started playing up with pdfs. When i send a job to the machine it takes 4-5 minutes to print! i have another ir105 and when i send the pdf to that one it prints straight away. Does anyone know what the issue would be with the first IR105?

in adobe pdf settings > Allow PostScript XObjects should be unchecked when creating the PDF.
