irADV 7055i printing slow from mailbox

Customer is running a job he does once a month producing large booklets. He stores the PDF file in the mailbox and prints from there.
He used to be able to print 5 booklets an hour (4 months ago). Now its taking 40 mins to print one booklet. The file is the same and has been in the mailbox for four months.
He has resent the file into a fresh mailbox with the same results.
if he prints direct, it is quicker but still not as fast as it used to be 4 months ago (2.5 booklets an hour).
Machine has the latest firmware loaded. Any Ideas??

remove the Dimms and Memory, clean and re-insert.
