    is this when duplexing ??

check for cuts on Duplex Flapper FB5-3313-000IMG_0097.jpg

Also Check the entry guides for uneven spacing or deformity.
If drawer #1 is removed by holding the registration area, the entry guides can be bent. This causes the paper to enter the registration sensor area with difficulty or skewing.
If a jam has occurred, check for registration issues or skewing. If the guides are bent, either reform them or replace the registration assy.

when I use photocopier in A4R it is working ok, only there is jamming in A4 without duplexing or when duplexing , I am going to change Transfer/separation corona assembly what do you think about it?

hi, this photocopier ir 5055 continue jamming, it can work 300 or 500 copier without jam, and sometimes
          it jammed 6 o 7 times to do 20 photocopier. I have replaced FG6-5925-000 1 ROLLER,REGISTARTION UPPER, FM2-9716-000 1 TRANSFER/SEPARATE CORONA ASS'Y, and FU6-0742-000 1 GEAR, 44T/PULLEY, 41T,

the jam code is 0210 stationary ps 35
          0117 delay ps 52

and in A4R is working ok, only it have jammed once 020f stacionary ps 24

the roller fixing upper and lower are ok.

have someone any idea about this ?

I look forward to hearing from you :-)

            PS35 -Jam Code of 0210
Check for burr on the actuator for PS35 (Delivery Sensing Mount (FG5-8650-080)
make sure this is not dragging slow/ or if paper is riding over top of flag -causing stationary jam
that could be a STATIC issue inside printer

            PS35.jpg

            0210 Jam Codes Intermittent

Check that upper fixing roller drive gear is not missing a tooth.

                  two weeks without jamming,

Hi everybody, firstly thanks for your tips, it was very useful for me
I think the problem was the fixing inlet guide IS NOT at the lower position when the solenoid (SL1) turn on. I adjusted the inlet guide.
Everybody Knows why the inlet guide use two position ?

                  thanks a lot again

The machine controls the height of the fixing inlet guide to suit the type and size of paper being in use, thus preventing the trailing edge of paper from snapping up, rubbing, or wrinkling.

FUSER_F_SL_UP: fixing inlet guide UP signal
                    FUSER_F_SL_DOWN:fixing inlet guide DOWN signal

                    Paper type-----Paper length-----Inlet guide position
                    Plain paper----less than 257 mm-----down
                    --------------257 mm or more---------up
                    Heavy paper------------------------down

1.Check the positions (front, rear) of the fixing inlet guide base (the relative positions between the
marking line of the fixing inlet guide base and the indexes of the height adjusting support plate).

Then remove the 2 screws [3] and the 1 connector [4] and remove the fixing inlet guide base [5].
                    FIX G.JPG
                    2) Remove the fixing inlet sensor [1] from the fixing inlet guide plate.

                    FIX G3.JPG
When mounting the fixing inlet guide base, be sure to mount it in the correct position as checked in the
                    step 1).

                    Adjusting the Fixing Inlet Guide
Adjust the solenoid position with the screw [1] so that the fixing inlet guide positions as indicated in the figure below when the solenoid is turned on.
                    FIX G2.JPG
<Points to Note When Adjusting in the Field>
                    - The fixing inlet guide is at the lower position when the solenoid (SL1) is turned on.
                    - The heights at the front and rear sides of the fixing inlet guide should be adjusted within 0.2mm difference.
                    - Adjust the height of the fixing inlet guide by loosening the fixing screw on the height adjusting support plate.
