i have ir 6570 some time i got this maseg "Remove the paper From the Output tray" please aneyone tell me what is the problem

In service mode check for jam code.If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Have you done any type of reset or maybe running it without/with a different finisher?
On other series you have to change settings for output tray when you got a bridge without finisher,
if you don't you get that message.
try to check "common settings" first and look for "tray designation"
If it's not there in the meny, go service mode-copier-options-acc-in tray(change value to 1) and same with out tray if it's there.
restart m/c-common setting-tray designation and you can now try to change settings about paper output.
I've no idea how this works for 6570 but if it's not solved yet at least it might be worth a try.Comment
