    IR-5000 SPOTS AGAIN

    Replaced drum 2 months ago worked for about 45k but its back. See attached. Thanks t

      Replace the Developer Unit.

      Check for arcing from the primary or developer unit to the drum surface.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Hi try to replace Roller Spacer(FB2-8519-000) on developing unit.

              The Mag-roller is worn out. Replace it.
              I've seen this before.

                  I have seen how the mag roller wear out on the rear. 2nd guess is I have seen that pattern when the primary wasn't in right and tight.

                      yes, I have seen it once and the photocopier was working again after replacing 2 roller spacer.
