C2620 Error Code 751-1004

Getting an error code E000751-1004. This code is not in the service manual or on canon e-support site. Any suggestions would be great.

the code does come up in knowledge base but not with that sub code.
it talks about toner system,drum drive ,memory writing error..

Try to replace the black cartridge of toner , do you use the OEM cartridge or AFTERMARK products
