I have a problem with iR3300, I want to change to Chinese in language switch but i can't. Somebody help me, do you have system language for ir3300. Thank you.

if your copier is not had system soft ware for diffent laungues it will not work..
go into service mode check copier/display/verion/lang-tw or zh if there are numbers next to them for a ver. number..

if there is go to copier/option/body/config to change the laungue..

Before you start cussing, the 3300 stand alone version has the essentials that you are suppose to use except for the boot rom and system files. so will need to install the language and rui and the system (system from either networked or not networked version depending on what you have) if you dont install language you have none to choose from, if you dont install rui you cant see the copier from browser on your computer
so what i am saying is you have to download both the 3300 versions from your source and install in your service tool in order to flash the copier.
