IRC3200 - No send tab

One of my accounts purchased a Canon IR C3200 with 250k prints for 500 bucks. They asked me to come over to set it up on their network. I get there and it is missing the all important send tab. I can see the files on the printer's hard drive and even view a thumbnail! I just can't get it to download to a computer.

So here's my questions (as you probably already figured)

Is there a way I can access the scanned files on the cheap or do I have to purchase a board for the copier?

Does anyone know the part number for the board?

If you want the "Send" tab, you'll need to purchase the Universal Send option.

For this model, it's a CD and a parallel port dongle that you attach to your PC to install. (There may be a USB version, but I don't ever remember seeing one.)

Universal Send is over $1,000, and it's VERY doubtful that you can still get it for this very old machine. (I know, there's a bazillion of them in the field, but it's still quite dated.)

Your best bet may be to see if someone still has one in stock somewhere, and they want to get it out of their inventory before the end of the year.
