jam code 0110 for ir 5020

like ir 3045 / 4570/ for their annoying jam code 0107, this ir 5020 has its own version jam code 0110. these two models have both common problem. they only jam when you run on letter size paper. run it on letter r or legal size and would never get any jam code. any ideas folks?

Have you had the processing tray out of the copier ever? I did a 5070 today with a 0117 jam coming out of the fuser into the duplex flip over. The copier would run one or two but not ten. They were skewed going into the fuser.

Turns out I had bent the silver paper guides before the registration roller. By picking up the tray I had bent those guides. Just stuck my hand in and opened the guides and the machine turned into a monster. I personally ran 500 copies of a single sheet they needed.
