    IRC3200 ERR 0110-0110

    IRC3200 WITH ERROR E0110-0110 APPEARS.

    E110
The operation of the laser scanner motor is faulty

    >
THE ROTATION OF Y LASER SCANNER MOTOR IS FAULTY.

The motor lock signal remains in an unlock
state for 1 sec or more while the laser

    scanner motor is in operation.
The rotation of the Y laser

I HAVE TRIED CHANGE THE YELLOW LASER UNIT, DC BOARD AND CHECK THE HARNESS FROM THE DC BOARD
TO THE YELLOW LASER UNIT. BUT IT STILL THE SAME.

ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THIS.

    THANKS

    Re: IRC3200 ERR 0110-0110

If the fuser rollers have developed flat spots the fuser vibrates when it turns and causes the machine to vibrate also. The E0110 may be a false code created by the vibrations. Replace the fuser unit and the code will go away.

    A second option is a bad fuse-board.

Future REMINDER> before u go to the expense of replacing LASERS> try and Swap them to see if Error travels over to swapped Laser

Pull out the fixing assembly/ check that top connector for damaged pins
      fuser.PNG
u also need to check the ITB Assembly operation/rotation because Yellow patch is referenced first

also as noted by previous reply - replace Fuse PCB
/ these boards cause plenty of issues on this model-make sure to have a ver. 03 or later on board-u could have a low voltage issue across the fuse
