Canon IR 2318 - network printing issue

Just installed one iR 2318 with network adaptor. after config. IP / Subnet / tried pinging from the node...got the reply from the host(2318). But when trying printing a doc from PC ..there was no reponse on the Canon IR 2318L. Tried with back to back with PC-M/C ..printing was OK. After discussing with Canon ..Got new patch upgrade(firmware) for network problem..got it upgraded..as per canon 2318 will not support 1 gb NETWORK hence such mulfunctions are expected...but my customer's network is 10/100 ..still i am facing same problem...any update or support from anyone will be great help.

I have understand if you connect your computer directly with a ethernet crossover cable with the machine
it is printing ok. perhaps you have problems with firewall antivirus o someting like that.???????

Try to Test printing on different computer or Laptop.
