    what printer model do u have
    what is the printer set-up ??

      The problem is Windows 7 and not the machine !
      Is there a guide for this ?

        u want to SEND files from an imageRunner to a PC w/Windows 7-

        1.need model printer ??
        2.need your printer set up(do u have a Firey connected) or do you have a PDL KIT installed ??
        3. what printer drivers are installed - if any ??
        4. are u sending SCANS to PC
        5. are u sending from the mailbox set-up on printer
        6. u want to send files from a PC to a PC ?
        7. explain where the files are that u want to send to WINDOWS 7 PC
