    C3220 line on copies not prints

    I have a C3220 that is giving a yellow line on copies but not on prints, any ideas?

      OPTICS


      DADF Copies=OPTICS>DADF Height adj.
      Glass Copies=OPTICS>

          Hi

          If you have done a test pege 5 in each colour and it does not appear then it must be in the optics. You may have to just clean all the mirrors and scan lamp or you may need to clean the CCD assembly. Use a blower brush for this.
