HD format version conflict with hard drive FK2-4907-000

I am trying to get an updated copy of system software for the iR-3320 series. My version of software only has a version 8 HD format and I believe there is at least a version 11 or 12 available that will allow me to format the above referenced hard drive. Since my company was acquired by Konica Minolta, I no longer have access to the CUSA site and am in desperate need to continue supporting my existing Canon base. Any help would be appreciated.
