I replace all coronas, polish the drum, playing with settings in service mode but coat is always the same.Toner is genuine canon.Machine have 3.5 million copies. If someone have this issue can save me a lot of time.HVT is also OK.Laser is clean.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

I had the same issue (helped by Teckat)

DEEP CLEANING OF THE MIRRORS !
At the edges of the mirrors you will see some brownish-greenish spots.
Take your time and clean them all switching water & alcohol.
Than try the standard procedure in SM.

I would never say it was that - but it really was.

I clean my laser optics with a little bit dawn dish soap mixed with water. Takes that film right off and buffs out with a streak free shine.
But just because your laser is clean does not mean that it is working correctly. Also did you check your pre-exposure lamps?
Has the environment changed where this unit is at? Temperature or humidity?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Replace the laser assy. I presume it is doing this on prints as well as copying. I had one last week when copies looked like a transfer fault. All washed out.
Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!

          too add

Clean or replace ALL OZONE filters periodically.
Interest should be taken to clean fan duct of dirty filters.
          Check transport duct for damage.
          Duct.jpg
the transport fan duct may become damaged or cracked. These leaks allow intermittent spots to occur when toner is blown back onto the sheets passing fan duct.
-Check transport fan duct seal. /The seal should not be torn or damaged.
Foam weather stripping from a hardware store may be used as a substitute.
