    Help MF6540 with "Download Standby" on display

    Have customer with a Canon Imageclass MF6540 and as a favor are trying to fix it.. The mfp is showing "download standby" on the display,am I looking at a firmware problem? Not too familiar with this box, we are a Kyocera dealer. Any help would be much appreciated.
