dept code IR1600

Hi,I've just brought a IR1600 to re-furb but it wants dept ID and password and wont let you into service mode Any Ideas to get rid off message?

try this: service mode >function>clear>pwd-clr
on another machine not only did it clear the master password it turned off the id mode.
then turn off copier then back on

can't get into the service mode apparently there's some kind of master reset code like on the gp215 but I cant find what it is

To reset this press additional funtion key then the # key.
scroll down to #12 (clear) and press OK>
scroll down to ALL and press OK, then cycle the machine off then on.
